I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The beach views were simply breathtaking, and the location was perfect for exploring Railay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, though they had a slight odor that was bearable considering where we were. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, but it was disappointing that they didn't enforce the towel reservation policy at the pool. Despite these minor issues, I felt we received great value for our money.
The hotel offers a unique experience with spacious pool villas and very friendly staff, making it a comfortable stay for families. However, the dining service can be frustratingly slow, and there are some unexpected challenges like monkeys and rats that detract from the overall experience. Despite these issues, I would consider returning due to the beautiful beach nearby and the spacious accommodations.
